Hello and welcome! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. I earned my Psy.D. from PGSP-Stanford Consortium and my undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley. I have extensive experience helping people with issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions and adjustments, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, which I tailor to an individual's specific needs and goals. I focus on a person's strengths, an important tool in overcoming their current challenges, and help them develop insights into patterns and repeated behaviors that are not serving them. Together we explore the hows and whys behind making certain choices, empowering a person to make lasting changes in their life. My style is warm, collaborative, and interactive. What's most important to me is that the people I work with feel comfortable and understood in therapy. I strive to create a calm and nonjudgmental space for people from all different backgrounds and experiences.

Before I joined Bridge to Bridge, for more than five years I was a lead clinician on the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program team at Kaiser in San Rafael. Before Kaiser, I worked in different hospital settings and school-based programs with children, teens, and families.

I look forward to meeting you!
