I am a dedicated clinical psychologist with a profound commitment to supporting teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families through complex emotional and psychological challenges. My approach is grounded in creating a compassionate, safe, and healing environment where every individual is seen, heard, and understood.

I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. I have significant experience practicing in community mental health settings, school based programs, hospitals, and private practice, treating a spectrum of mental health issues, including trauma and depression, identity development, anxiety, and relationship and familial conflict.

I also offer co-parenting counseling. I strive to provide a safe space to foster effective communication, resolve conflicts, and prioritize the well-being of your children. Together, we can build a cooperative co-parenting relationship that supports your family's stability and resilience.

My therapeutic work is deeply influenced by psychodynamic and relational lenses. My training allows me to also pull from modalities such as CBT and DBT allowing me to assess and tailor my treatment with each client's unique needs. By fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and genuine connection, I work together with my clients to explore their inner worlds, confront their vulnerabilities, and embrace their authentic selves. I strive to collaboratively foster a therapeutic space that feels truly safe—a place where individuals can freely express themselves, explore their emotions, and embark on a path toward healing and growth. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to witness you exactly as you are. I value the courage it takes to seek support and engage in therapy. As such, I am dedicated to walking alongside you, offering insights and guidance, and empowering you to reclaim your sense of agency and wellbeing.
